Polycem

PolyCem is a low cost liquid polymer material binder, requiring no compaction and cures at room temperature. PolyCem has been designed as an alternative to conventional portland cement. Virtualy any waste or insitu aggregate can be mixed with PolyCem and bound into a concrete-like slab. Curing time is very rapid. Within a couple of hours, one can walk on it, with vehicles being
able to drive on the slab with a couple of days – subject to weather and curing.

PolyCem used in conjuction with SoilTech Mk. III stabilizers can be used for construction of factory floors or hard stands. Furthermore, PolyCem can be used as a wearing course roads, drainage and side-walk construction.

Benefits

  • Reduction in CO2 emissions
  • Cost effective
